Not quite. We are a wellness studio focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term vitality. Unlike spas, our sessions are private, functional, and tailored to your physical goals — with no distractions, group treatments, or upselling.

Yes! You can bring one guest to your session for an additional fee. All services are booked as private-only, never shared with strangers.

For sauna and cold plunge, bring a towel or swimsuit. For stretching or massage, wear light, flexible clothing. We’ll also guide you based on your selected service.

All bookings are made online through our mobile-friendly calendar. You can choose your service, time, and therapist with just a few clicks.
